The Brooks Dyad 9 is a neutral runner’s shoe with excellent arch support, thanks to its roomy interior it is recommended for those who need to use special insoles or for those who have wider feet. Versatility is one of the main attributes of this shoe and makes it suitable both for daily training and to offer comfort to those who have to spend all day standing.

Its characteristics also make it a good option for those with flat feet or medium arch, but who need a shoe that offers comfort and cushioning.

Features

Providing greater flexibility and reducing the weight of the shoe has been one of the focuses in this ninth edition; the upper now has a more streamlined and lightweight appearance. The abundant synthetic overlays found in the previous version have been removed and only those necessary to maintain the structure of the upper are retained, which have now been heat-sealed to avoid the use of stitching.

The mesh now features more open holes that promote ventilation, in addition to this, the mesh itself has moisture wicking functions to increase the comfortable feel of the shoe.

Brooks uses a heavily padded tongue and collar to achieve that comfortable feel inside. We also find a removable insole which aids in the support and cushioning of the foot. Finally, a very soft fabric covers the entire interior of the Brooks Dyad 9 for maximum comfort.
